I was really impressed with how professional and clear Gareth was when he carried out the leak detection at our property. He took the time to explain everything very well, and was one of the most friendly engineers I’ve ever encountered.

I was not present when the engineer attended, but have heard that he had to deal with some very unreasonable tenants and therefore I feel that as he still managed to carry out the investigation he gave a good service.
